Welcome to my blog! I’m a pastor and a theologian who enjoys interacting with people from different cultures. I did my Undergraduate at Biola University, Masters at Fuller Theological Seminary, and Postgraduate at the University of St. Andrews. I am very much interested in interpreting the biblical message for our own times.

Karl Barth once said a pastor ought to have the Bible in one hand and the newspaper in the other. That image, already somewhat outdated (whoever reads the newspaper nowadays?), speaks to me of the relevancy of scripture for all times, the need for competent exegetes in every generation, and the need for interpreting the biblical message into modern vernaculars so that there may be clarity and understanding.
